Turkey Day

We raised 4 turkeys this year. This big tom weighed in at 27 lbs all dressed out. We're saving him for Christmas. Today we are cooking a 20 lb female for a big family get together. These are some of the nicest birds we've ever raised. Lots of work but in the end it's well worth it.
